BATTERY ENERGY STORAGE SYSTEMS (BESS)
With the gradual upgrade of the country’s electric system and submarine connections, it became necessary to revisit the way energy from renewable sources is managed. AirEnergy’s portfolio includes the engineering, procurement and construction of large-scale battery energy storage systems (EPC — BESS).
The construction of BESS projects requires numerous studies (as stated above). It is a major construction project that is carried out by implementing the relevant studies and designs.
BESS are constructed as part of an RES power plant, or as a standalone project near areas with HV network routing or an installed HV substation.
