The overall operation of AirEnergy is governed by the principles of the Asset Management System (AMS) which is based on the requirements of the international standard ISO 55001:2024.
AirEnergy’s basic philosophy and primary goal is the effective management of assets and the response to the needs and expectations of our customers in order to satisfy their requirements.
The main objectives of AMS are:
- The continuous improvement of the services provided and the management of assets as well as the overall operation of the System.
- The observance of the legislation and regulatory requirements that govern our company's activity and the systematic compliance control.
- The full observance of contractual obligations.
Achievement of the above is determined through the basic processes of AMS, which define actions such as:
- Systematic monitoring of the effectiveness of the system, setting goals that are directly linked to the Strategic Asset Management Plan goals, monitored and evaluated through annual reviews by Management, internal inspections, etc.
- Clear identification of customer requirements.
- Continuous monitoring of supplier performance.
- Ensuring of employee competence, through their continuous training.
- Ensuring the necessary resources for the effective operation of the System.
- Documented search for causes of problems and weaknesses, in order to determine and implement the necessary corrective actions and avoid their recurrence.
- Risk analysis (Risk Assessment) and effectiveness control.
The overall implementation of the principles of the system is ensured through continuous information and training of staff at all levels, with the main aim of creating the relevant awareness of the purposes and philosophy of the system.
